Monique Flint, DNP, FNP-C, RN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from James Madison University in 2023. She completed her Post-Master's in Family Practice at the University of Virginia in 2016, her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and a BSN from Hampton University. Ms. Flint has been an adjunct faculty at ECPI College of Technology and Trident Technical College. Before joining us in 2024, she provided primary care as the health center director at Marathon Health in Burlington, VT, and previously with Sentara Health, Anne Arundel Co. Dept. of Health, and Methodist Health. She also served as a staff nurse at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, caring for patients in the Nurse Call Center and Labor & Delivery Unit. Experienced in managing chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease, she helps seniors take control of their health, focusing on personalized care and wellness. Ms. Flint chose healthcare to make a meaningful impact and volunteers with the Virginia Medical Reserve Corps. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and community outreach.
