Designed with seniors in mind, we work together to assist with all of your health and wellness needs. There are also other resources and support which may be available to you, including:
- Your medical insurance or Medicare plan - which may cover non-emergency medical and non-medical transportation—check your individual plan for benefits
- Eldercare and area agencies on aging - addresses the needs and concerns of older adults at the regional and local levels, including transportation challenges: 1-800-677-1116 (TTY 711), www.eldercare.acl.gov
- National Transit Hotline - connects you to local transit providers who receive federal funds to provide transportation to seniors and individuals with disabilities: 1-800-527-8279 (TTY 711), www.transit.dot.gov
- 211 Helpline Center - provides community information and referrals to social services in times of crisis and for everyday needs, including transportation: www.211.org or dial 211 from any phone
We’re here to help guide patients in securing a safe and reliable means of getting to and from their various providers and other important destinations. If your health insurance or Medicare plan offers a transportation benefit, we can coordinate rides to and from appointments.
