Rachael Taylor, APRN, FNP, joined CenterWell as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Taylor has worked in healthcare since 1998 and was a registered nurse for ten years before earning her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Taylor spent 14 years providing primary care in multiple clinical settings, including making home visits to older adult community members who were unable to travel to the office, as well as nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Her affinity for working with seniors stems from a profound belief in personalized care, and her care philosophy centers on fostering longevity and happiness, echoing CenterWell's values. As an experienced nurse practitioner, Ms. Taylor understands the ever-evolving needs of the senior population and strives to build meaningful relationships with her patients to help them live longer and happier lives. Choosing a healthcare career in 1998, Ms. Taylor's journey extends beyond professional realms. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling, running, and creating new memories with her family and friends.
