Mary E. Wilson, DNP, is a doctorally prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Wilson earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria, IL, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. Before joining CenterWell in 2022, Ms. Wilson dedicated six years to Elevance Health, where her practice was deeply rooted in value-based care. Dr. Wilson decided to enter the healthcare profession after her father suffered a heart attack. She is dedicated to geriatrics, feeling that older adults are a forgotten population. Dr. Wilson believes in treating every patient with respect, and she has consistently provided holistic care to seniors, appreciating the vital role of evidence-based healthcare. Her central focus lies in preventive measures aimed at helping patients sustain their quality of life. Ensuring her patients' satisfaction through clear communication, she aims to make a meaningful difference in their lives, becoming a cherished part of their extended family. When Ms. Wilson is not seeing patients, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
