Dr. Mary E. Wilson, NP, joined CenterWells North Richland Hills facility in Texas as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She has worked as a healthcare professional for over 10 years. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing. Before joining CenterWell in 2022, Ms. Wilson spent six years with Elevance Health, and her practice involved value-based care. She focuses on preventative measures so her patients can maintain their quality of life. As a nurse practitioner, shes cared for seniors holistically and understands the importance of providing patients with evidence-based care and plans to provide the same level of care for her patients at CenterWell. Dr. Wilson decided to enter the healthcare profession after her father suffered a heart attack. She feels that geriatrics are a forgotten population. She believes in treating everyone with respect and remember they are loved by someone. She guarantees patient satisfaction by clearly explaining their diagnosis and treatment plan and addressing all their questions. She believes in making a difference in her patients lives and becoming part of their extended family. She has a keen intuition that she applies to her daily life including work. When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
