Jeffrey Breckenridge, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Demont Breckenridge, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with decades of experience in outpatient, urgent care, and emergency medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Hinsdale Family Practice, where he served as Chief Resident. His career spans roles as a family physician, hospital educator, and urgent care provider, with expertise in chronic disease management, preventive care, and telemedicine. A passionate advocate for health equity, Dr. Breckenridge has served on county health boards, taught at universities, and contributed to community health initiatives. Guided by his philosophy of embracing a culture of caring for people regardless of age or circumstances, he brings a unique perspective as a former dialysis patient and kidney transplant recipient, committed to prevention and wellness. Outside of work, he enjoys preaching, teaching, music, and spending time with family.
