Dr. Gnana S.R. Naini, a board-certified physician specializing in geriatrics, earned her medical degree from Osmania University School of Medicine Hyderabad in India and has the distinction of being a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Before joining CenterWell, Dr. Naini maintained a solo primary care practice for more than 30 years. She has served seniors as an outpatient primary care physician/geriatrician in inpatient management as well as skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes, providing quality, value-based care. For Dr. Naini, patient advocacy for seniors is just as important as providing medical care. She feels getting to know her patients and following them over the years is one of the most enjoyable aspects of her profession, and she appreciates her team at CenterWell. In her exam room, providing the best medical care begins by listening to her patients and helping them navigate healthcare options. Dr. Naini has been married for more than 40 years and has two daughters; one is a physician in Dallas, and the other is a lawyer in DC. When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Naini enjoys gardening, sewing, traveling, yoga, and spending time with family.
