Ms. Nicole Paddock, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with deep expertise in geriatric care across diverse clinical settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University. Ms. Paddock has provided primary care to older adults in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and outpatient senior clinics. Her work at Ascension Living St. Vincent PACE and Oak Street Health focused on value-based care, chronic disease management, and transitions of care. She has also contributed to age-friendly health systems through the implementation of the 4Ms framework and has a strong interest in dementia care, palliative care, and lifestyle medicine. In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Paddock has served as adjunct faculty and guest lecturer at the University of Indianapolis, teaching geriatric-focused courses and mentoring future nurse practitioners. Outside of work, she enjoys community education, research, and writing on topics related to aging and women's health.
