Christine LeGrande Armenta, MS, FNP-BC, MPH, joined CenterWell as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. LeGrande Armenta earned a Post-Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, and an M.S. in Community Health Nursing from Arizona State University. She obtained an M.P.H. in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from the University of Arizona. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. LeGrande Armenta provided primary care with Corizon Health. For over ten years, she maintained a private practice, Armenta Healthcare Services & Consulting, providing home-based primary care services. She previously practiced at Arizona Grand Medical Center. “I have a special place in my heart for the elders in our communities,” she says. “Each one has a story to tell, and it's my privilege to listen and care for them.” Ms. LeGrande Armenta began her nursing career in hospice and community-based homecare and is passionate about underserved populations. For nearly 10 years, she cared for patients as a volunteer at the Neighborhood Christian Clinic. She enjoys reading, cooking, family time, and the outdoors.
