Amelia Davis Callicutt, MS, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Clemson University in 2019. Ms. Callicutt earned her BSN from East Tennessee State University with a full scholarship and Dean's List honors. She also received a B.S. in Health and Wellness Promotion from the University of North Carolina (UNC), Asheville, where she played NCAA Division 1 Soccer and was a Student Assistant Athletic Trainer. Before joining us in 2024, Ms. Callicutt worked as a family nurse practitioner with Palmetto Medical Rehabilitation in Greenwood, SC, and previously as an Orthopedic Surgery and Trauma RN at Prisma Health. Her approach empowers patients through education, holistic care, and collaboration, focusing on bone health and rehabilitation. Passionate about brain health, exercise, and patient education, her work with seniors and adults informs her patient-centered philosophy. Ms. Callicutt pursued healthcare to help people overcome health challenges, inspired by her own sports injury and recovery while at UNC. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and beagle.
