Allison Bree Ann Leopold, APRN

Ms. Allison BreeAnn Leopold, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, including over 14 years in advanced practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University. Ms. Leopold has provided care in diverse settings such as family practice, hospital medicine, skilled nursing facilities, and in-home care. Her expertise includes managing chronic conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and promoting wellness for seniors in assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments. She has served as lead APP, adjunct faculty, and held leadership roles in professional associations. Guided by a philosophy that listening to patients is key to improving quality of life, she is passionate about dignified aging and preventive health. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors.
