Zumb Gold - River Hills, NC

Join us Wednesday, 6/10 from 12:00-1:00 for Zumba Gold at CenterWell River Hills! This will be a modified, low-impact dance program to help with balance, range of motion and coordination. This class is inclusive of all body types, mobility, and experience levels, so come dance and have some fun.
