Join us for FREE Tai Chi classes at CenterWell Patton Avenue! Tai Chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it especially suitable for older adults who otherwise may not exercise. This gentle form of movement can help maintain strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and reduce stress. These classes are free, open to the community and will be led by Karen Brinkman.
