Lunch and Learn: Managing Neck and Low Back Pain - River Hills, NC
Neck and low back pain are two of the most common reasons people experience stiffness, discomfort, and limitations in daily activities. In this interactive workshop, Compass Physical Therapy will provide a brief overview of common causes of neck and low back pain, including postural strain, muscle tightness, and age-related changes. Participants will learn simple, safe exercises and mobility strategies designed to help reduce pain, improve flexibility, and manage symptoms at home. We will also discuss when physical therapy may be appropriate, what to expect from PT care, and how early intervention can help prevent pain from becoming a long-term problem.
