Yva Jean-Marc, APRN

Ms. Jean-Marc Jean Marc, MSN, BSN, CFNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing primary and urgent care across the lifespan. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and developed expertise in managing acute and chronic conditions, performing physical exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating patient-centered care plans. Ms. Jean-Marc has cared for diverse populations in fast-paced clinical settings, supporting up to several dozen patients per day while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. She has also worked closely with seniors, focusing on education, empowerment, and removing barriers within the healthcare system to support their independence and well-being. Guided by a philosophy centered on listening, cultural sensitivity, and open communication, she is passionate about diabetes management, heart health, and addressing loneliness through meaningful connection. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cooking.
