I mean, they're doing well. The office is really fun to me. They take care of me a lot. I mean, anything I ask, they prefer it for me. Medicine I require that I run out or I lose, they prefer it for me because they know I ain't telling no lie. And I said, I don't lie to them. But I love the things that they're doing. They are very, very careful. I care for their patients. And I love what they doing. Don't change anything. And my caretaker, whatever my provider, my doctor, she's doing a wonderful job. And the whole staff are true. And I'm telling you the truth. Because every time I go up there, it's just like, I'm like, they daddy or, you know, a family member. And I love that. And it's been better.

You are definitely not Dedicated Seniors any longer. I need handicap parking. None ever available. Takes me at least 10 minutes from parking lot to get to building. Nurse takes you in and asks written down questions. Nurse practitioner asks same questions worded differently. Different staff each visit. Do not appreciate going through a middleman (call center) to get anything accomplished. Appointments, meds.etc. It can take 5 to 10 minutes on hold and even then no guarantee of an answer..
