Vida Amanfo, APRN

Ms. Vida Amanfo, MSN, FNP C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in geriatric care, chronic disease management, and whole person, evidence based practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University after completing her BSN at Chamberlain College of Nursing and her ADN at Quinsigamond Community College. Her clinical background includes service as a Geriatric Extended Care NP Resident at the Atlanta VA Medical Center, where she supported Veterans through cognitive, neurological, and chronic disease assessments, home based primary care, and interdisciplinary care planning. Ms. Amanfo believes in caring for every patient with the same dedication she offers her own loved ones and is passionate about helping individuals prioritize their health, particularly in the areas of heart health, diabetes, and social connection. She finds joy in supporting seniors and building meaningful relationships with them and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
