Veronda Janelle McIver, APRN

Ms. VeRonda J McIver, MSN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care for adults and older adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue and built a diverse clinical background in primary care, urgent care, occupational health, vascular medicine and wound care. Throughout her career, Ms. McIver provided preventive care, managed chronic conditions including heart disease and diabetes, coordinated specialty and home health services and delivered patient-centered education tailored to varying levels of health literacy. Her experience caring for seniors included wound care services in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, and she earned recognition as a Certified Wound Care Professional. Guided by a philosophy of empowering patients and care teams through education and continual learning, she is passionate about heart health, diabetes management and improving health literacy. Outside of work, Ms. McIver enjoys reading books, spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.
