Vernon Lee Osburn, APRN

Vernon Lee Osburn, MSN, NP, joined CenterWell as a board certified nurse practitioner. Mr. Osburn earned his Master of Science in Nursing-Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Mr. Osburn was a nurse practitioner with CareMore-Aspire of Anthem in Indianapolis, IN, and with Logistics Health in La Crosse, WI, focusing on health assessments for military personnel. He previously worked at Optum in Indianapolis, caring for complex nursing home patients, and as the center director/NP of Low T Center in Greenwood, IN, as well as Advance Health in Chantilly, VA, and IU Health Physicians Group in Indianapolis, where he conducted geriatric assessments and precepted nursing students. Mr. Osburn's passion for diabetes management, heart health, and addressing loneliness aligns with his commitment to older adult patients, a philosophy of care that resonates with CenterWell's compassionate, patient-centered values. Mr. Osburn chose healthcare out of a warm place in his heart for seniors and to safeguard their quality of life. Outside of his work, he enjoys music, traveling, and going to the movies.
