Vanessa Frost Gibson, DO

Dr. Vanessa Ann Frost, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive experience in adult and geriatric care. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University – DCOM in Harrogate, Tennessee, and completed her internal medicine residency at WVU – Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Dr. Frost served as an attending physician in home-based primary care and as Medical Director of the Geriatric Outpatient Clinic at the Lexington Veteran Affairs Medical Center, where she led interdisciplinary teams, initiated Age Friendly Health Systems committees, and mentored nurse practitioners. She also practiced as a hospitalist at Kentucky Internal Medicine Associates St. Joseph Healthcare. In addition, she contributed to the education of residents through her role as community faculty with the University of Kentucky and the Veterans Health Administration. Outside of medicine, Dr. Frost enjoys reading historical fiction, cross-stitching, and spending time outdoors.
