Tracy S. Sanford, DO

Dr. Tracy Smith Sanford graduated from Oklahoma State University-College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a Family Medicine Residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center, where she also served as Chief Intern. Dr. Sanford is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Medicine. Dr. Sanford has extensive experience in family medicine, having served as a Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care and Memorial Health System. She also owned and directed Sanford Family Medicine for 18 years. Additionally, Dr. Sanford has held adjunct faculty positions at multiple osteopathic medical colleges, including OSU-COM, NYIT-COM, and ARCOM. Dr. Sanford has been recognized with several awards, such as the Rural Lifetime Achievement Award from the Rural Health Association of Oklahoma and the Rookie Physician of the Year by the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association. Outside of work, Dr. Sanford enjoys engaging in community service and spending time with her family.
