Tracey Lee Moore, APRN

Tracey Moore, MSN, APRN, FNP C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner committed to forming strong, trusting relationships with her patients. Originally from Colonial Heights, Virginia, she completed both her undergraduate and graduate nursing education at South University before beginning her career in family medicine. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent 10 years working as a registered nurse, with most of her experience in emergency medicine—an environment that strengthened her clinical skills, adaptability, and patient focused approach. Tracey believes in partnering with patients to prevent disease, manage chronic conditions, and promote long term wellness through education and compassionate guidance. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys pickleball, water volleyball, and traveling with family and friends. She has been married to her husband, Bill, for 16 years and is a proud mother and grandmother.
