Tiffany Smith, APRN

Tiffany Love Smith, MSN, FNP-C is a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a robust background in hospital medicine, clinical education, and case management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in March 2019 and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Kentucky State University. Ms. Smith is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and holds BLS and ACLS certifications. She is fluent in English and is known for her strong clinical acumen, persuasive communication skills, and goal-oriented approach. Her dedication to patient advocacy, medication adherence, and interdisciplinary collaboration ensures the best outcomes for her patients. Ms. Smith served as the Director of Quality and Education Coordinator at Kindred Healthcare. She also worked as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at Clean Slate Centers, providing comprehensive treatment to patients with substance use disorders. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys doing volunteer work, going to the movies, spending time with family, traveling and cooking.
