Setting up my first appointment was quite easy painless they gave me paperwork that I could take home and fill out and then bring it back in before my appointment. And when it came time for my appointment only days later, I wasn't bogged down with any paperwork, everything was already handled. They reviewed my medical history. Reviewed my prescriptions, hazard questions and also made recommendations and appointments for a test and other appointments a few months down the road, which is very nice to know in advance what appointments you have coming the front desk was very friendly helpful. The first person that took information before the doctor came in was very courteous. I'm friendly. The doctor was friendly and made sure that if I had any problems understanding him or had any questions to stop him and ask seem to make sure that I got all the knowledge that he could give me as far as whatever we were talking about very courteous, I know I was quite pleased with every aspect of my new insurance, my new provider and the new providers office and all employees thank you for making it a pleasure.

I really like the way that staff treated me yesterday and I also really do like Dr. Minani. He took time and explained everything on my test, what's going on, what we need to do, and I just felt really comfortable with him. So I think he's a good doctor for this practice.
