Ms. Tasha Michelle Young, MSN, FNP, MBA, is a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Operations Manager with over two decades of experience in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner and a Post-Master's Certificate in Nursing Education from Tennessee State University, along with an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Ms. Young has provided primary care across diverse settings, including Unity Medical Clinic, Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center, and United Neighborhood Health Services, with a focus on integrated behavioral health and chronic disease management. She has held leadership roles at Evernorth and Cigna-HealthSpring, where she led clinical programs, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced patient outcomes.
