Takedria Mingo-Berry, APRN

Mrs. Takedria (Dee) Mingo-Berry, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience delivering patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Mrs. Mingo-Berry has provided comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management through a variety of roles and settings including primary care, hospice and palliative care, telemetry, and other acute hospital care, as well as all areas of aging from independent living communities to assisted living and skilled nursing/long-term care facilities. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and her strong commitment to improving health outcomes through education, advocacy, and clinical excellence. Outside of her professional work, Mrs. Mingo-Berry enjoys spending time with family.
