Sylvia Longoria, APRN

Sylvia Longoria, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, joined CenterWell as an advanced practice registered nurse, board certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Longoria earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas-Pan Am as a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inductee. She received her BSN magna cum laude from Regis University of Colorado and her ASN, Phi Theta Kappa, from the University of Texas at Brownsville, Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Longoria was a family nurse practitioner with UTRGV School of Medicine Clinical Affairs. She previously worked as a family nurse practitioner with BHS Physician Network, achieving Top 1% Patient Satisfaction Nationwide. Her interest in heart health, brain health, and caregiving aligns with her affinity for treating seniors. She believes listening attentively to her patients is vital to their health and quality of life, as does CenterWell. Ms. Longoria chose healthcare motivated by a lifelong passion for helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys creating memories with family, music, and the outdoors.
