Syed Mehdi Ali Jafri, DO

Dr. Syed Mehdi Ali Jafri, DO, is a cardiologist specializing in the care of adults with complex cardiovascular conditions. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies in human physiology at Michigan State University. Dr. Jafri completed his internal medicine residency at Garden City Hospital in Michigan, followed by a cardiology fellowship at Prime Healthcare Garden City Hospital. His professional experience has included academic instruction, inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, telehealth cardiovascular services, and leadership roles overseeing cardiology programs and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Dr. Jafri has also served as a clinical instructor, providing education to medical students and residents. Guided by a philosophy of helping patients make healthier choices, he is particularly passionate about heart health and preventive care. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
