Suzanne E Graham-Hooker, MD

Dr. Suzanne E. Graham Hooker, MD, FAAFP, is a Family Medicine Physician with more than three decades of experience providing comprehensive primary care, urgent care, women's health services, and medical education. She earned her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine before completing her Family Practice residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando. Over the years, she has served as a staff physician, medical director, educator, and clinical preceptor across multiple health systems, including roles in rural health, urgent care, and academic settings. She has supervised residents, physician assistant students, nurse practitioner students, and pharmacy trainees, and has authored several clinical reference manuals used in medical training programs. She is particularly passionate about caregiving, nutrition, and exercise as foundations for healthy aging, and finds great fulfillment in caring for seniors. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
