Sunti S Srivathanakul, MD

Dr. Sunti Srivathanakul joined CenterWell as a board-certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Srivathanakul completed his family medicine residency at Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas (UT) Southwestern Medical School, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from UT, Austin. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Dr. Srivathanakul spent over 20 years as a staff physician with Parkland Health and Hospital Systems in South Dallas, providing holistic care for uninsured and underinsured patients. His passion for addressing diabetes, prevention, and mental health in older adults and his belief in empowering his patients, care teams, and himself through comprehensive information and continuous learning align with CenterWell's values. Dr. Srivathanakul chose medicine to help others and serve his community. He's been actively involved in nonprofit organizations like the Parkland Foundation and medical mission trips like the United Help Ukraine and Tzu Chi Medical Mission to Haiti. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, fishing, cooking, traveling, and listening to music.
