Dr. Steven Gray, a board-certified family medicine specialist, completed his residency at Valley Medical Center/University of Washington. Dr. Gray earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. He holds a summa cum laude Bachelor's in Biochemistry and Economics from Bowdoin College, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Dr. Gray also served as a volunteer clinical faculty member at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Dr. Gray was a family physician with Paladina Health Medical Group and the regional medical director. His career includes American Health Network and chief of medicine at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, IN. Earlier, he conducted research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, collaborating with William G. Kaelin, the recipient of the 2019 Nobel Prize in Medicine. He believes attentive listening is vital for enhancing patients' health and quality of life. Dr. Gray chose medicine to serve others. He is passionate about exercise, heart health, and addressing loneliness with senior. Outside work, he enjoys hiking with his wife and their dogs, running, and woodturning.
