Stephen Rachael, MD

Dr. Stephen Rachael, MD, is a family medicine physician dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. He earned his medical degree from the Quillen College of Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and went on to complete his residency training at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune. Dr. Rachael has practiced medicine since 2012, bringing years of experience in family medicine and a strong commitment to doing what is right for his patients. Guided by his personal mission to lead with integrity and compassion, he focuses on building trusting relationships and supporting long-term health. After relocating to Florida with his wife, Lara, he continued his medical career with a dedication to service and quality care. Outside of work, he values time with family and maintaining balance between his professional and personal life.
