Sonia Garcia-Jayne, DO

Dr. Sonia Maria Garcia-Jayne, a board-certified family medicine specialist, completed her residency at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV, in 2019, serving as chief resident. Dr. Garcia-Jayne earned her medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was active in the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Student Osteopathic Medical Association. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, cum laude, with a pre-med emphasis and a minor in art from Carroll University in Wisconsin. Before joining us in 2024, Dr. Garcia-Jayne saw patients at Sagebrush Medical Center in Henderson, NV, providing preventive medicine, wellness screenings, and women's health. Passionate about exercise and diabetes prevention, she helps patients make healthier choices to promote long-term wellness. Her experience with a diverse patient population enables her to deliver compassionate, personalized care focused on the unique needs of older adults. Dr. Garcia-Jayne chose medicine to make a difference in people's lives by prioritizing their health. In her free time, she enjoys painting, baking, and playing board games with her family.
