Shilpa Gujrathi, MD

Dr. Shilpa Gujrathi, MD, is a Family Physician specializing in adult and geriatric care. She earned her MD from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, where she also completed her internship before finishing her Family Medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Gujrathi has provided comprehensive primary care across multiple outpatient settings in Canada, Massachusetts, and Arizona, caring for large, diverse patient panels and developing deep experience supporting seniors and their caregivers. She has practiced in family medicine, urgent care, and multispecialty group environments, and has maintained active involvement in professional organizations including the AMA and AAFP. Guided by a philosophy of treating every patient with the dedication she would offer her own loved ones, she is passionate about brain health, caregiving, and reducing loneliness through stronger social supports. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
