Shelby Romine, APRN

Shelby Romine, APRN, FNP, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, With Honors, from the University of the Cumberlands in 2021. Ms. Romine received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing cum laude from Bellarmine University, following her Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Studies from Berea College. She consistently obtained academic accolades such as Dean's List honors and academic scholarships. Before joining our center in 2024, Ms. Romine was a family nurse practitioner with North Clark Medical and the Little Clinic in Louisville, KY. Her earlier roles included charge nurse in the ICU of Norton Women's and Children's Hospital and patient care assistant at Jewish Hospital, both in Louisville, KY. With expertise in providing comprehensive care to older adults, she believes that taking the time to listen to her patients can enhance their health and quality of life, and she is passionate about addressing heart health, diabetes, and nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys making new memories with her family, the great outdoors, and traveling.
