Sharmistha Panda, APRN

Sharmistha Panda, ACNPC-AG, a board-certified acute care and adult gerontology nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing Practice from Texas Woman's University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from the College of Nursing of the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India. From 2015 to 2017, she was a graduate assistant in the Texas Woman's University Nursing Simulation Lab. She is affiliated with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Panda worked as an adult nurse practitioner with Sanitas Medical Center and IBN Sina Community Medical Clinic in Houston, Texas, and previously as a nurse practitioner with Dr. Neeta Singla in Houston. Earlier, she served as a registered nurse in the Indian Army, gaining critical care expertise. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patients to enhance their health and quality of life, a care philosophy supporting CenterWell's values. Ms. Panda's choice of a healthcare career stems from a warm place in her heart for older adults and safeguarding their well-being. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family, enjoys the outdoors, and loves to travel.
