Sharleen Ballance, APRN

Sharleen Ballance, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Grand Canyon University in 2013, following her BSN from the University of Arizona College of Nursing. Before joining us in 2024, Ms. Ballance was a family nurse practitioner at Adelante Healthcare, providing same day and primary care, and previously worked in internal medicine at Arrowhead Medical. Earlier, she held RN roles in cardiovascular and intensive care units, including positions at John C. Lincoln Hospital and Sun City Cardiac Center, where she specialized in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology. A member of the AANP and Arizona Nurses Association, Ms. Ballance is committed to providing compassionate care that addresses her patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. She brings extensive experience with older adults, focusing on holistic approaches to support their health and quality of life. Ms. Ballance chose healthcare to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and reading books.
