Shahida Karim Khan, APRN

Ms. Shahida Khan, MSN, ACNPC, is an advanced practice registered nurse with over seven years of experience delivering comprehensive care in primary and acute care settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is board-certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Khan has managed chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, and heart failure, provided post-hospital discharge care, and conducted wellness exams and urgent visits. Her background includes telehealth services and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. She began her career as a registered nurse in medical-surgical and cardiac units, where she cared for patients undergoing advanced cardiac procedures. Guided by her philosophy of embracing a culture of caring for people regardless of age or circumstances, she is passionate about heart health, diabetes management, and brain health. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music and spending time outdoors.
