Sarah Mansoor, APRN

Mrs. Sarah Mansoor, MSN, FNP-BC, specializes in family medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University. Mrs. Mansoor provided primary and urgent care services for patients across the lifespan, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and health screenings. Her background also included extensive critical care experience as an intensive care and neuroscience ICU nurse, caring for medically complex patients and serving as a charge nurse, preceptor, and mentor to new nurses. She believes in treating patients with the same time, dedication, and commitment she would give to those closest to her. Inspired by her own health challenges, she entered healthcare to support others through their journeys. She is especially passionate about diabetes care, caregiving, food insecurity, and heart health and enjoys helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
