I like Sarah and she does listen to me but there are things that I don't like, mostly in the communication afterwards. I looked online and saw that they did not update my weight (7 pounds lower) after my visit and asked them to change it but they still haven't. Sarah had me add lab tests to my monthly oncology tests I was getting the next day. I have inquired twice online as to whether or not she received a copy of the test results but no response. Also asked if she could explain the results and no response. They also took about 2 months to approve my CPAP supplies, I think because they don't know what they're doing sometimes. Probably not Sarah but support team. I would not recommend to anyone else and only keep them because I have great care from my oncologist at St Luke's. If this was my only doctor, I would definitely change to a practice that's more organized and not so chaotic.
