Sara E Gosik, RD

Mrs. Sara Elizabeth Gosik, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist dedicated to helping patients improve their health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Middle Tennessee State University. Ms. Gosik brought diverse experience providing medical nutrition therapy across outpatient, primary care, and renal settings, including working with patients managing diabetes, obesity, chronic kidney disease, and other complex conditions. Her background included developing individualized care plans, leading wellness programs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes. She was especially passionate about empowering individuals to make sustainable, healthy choices and took a compassionate, patient-centered approach shaped by her own personal health journey. Known for her focus on education and behavior change, she worked to ensure patients felt supported and confident in managing their health. Outside of work, Ms. Gosik enjoys spending time with family, reading, and being outdoors.
