Dr. Pastori is wonderful, attentive, and listens to our concerns as well as answers our questions. We are however DEEPLY disappointed in the administrative office team as we needed a medical letter or proof that I (granddaughter) am authorized to help her at Centerwell. This was to provide to Social Security. Dr. Pastori advised we could pick it up in 2 business days. It wasn't ready and they said they'd call. No one ever did. Our appointment came and we didn't have the letter. WIthout the letter we were stuck, and we had waited months to get seen. This happened with us once before when we waited over a YEAR for paperwork for a home health aide. There was SO MUCH back and forth and it was a horrible experience! Due to this we were about to leave Centerwell but we only stayed because Dr. Pastori is so attentive. I know that if my Grandmother needs any other paperwork help with the offce team, she won't receive it or be treated with the care that she deserves.
