Ms. Ramirez earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University in 2018, and her BSN from Arizona State University in 2011. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Ramirez was a nurse practitioner with G&K Medical Associates in Avondale, AZ. Earlier, she was an inpatient RN at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Arizona, serving as a Safe Patient Handling Committee-Mobility Champion for five years. Ms. Ramirez reflected on the privilege of caring for numerous senior patients. This experience, she shared, provided opportunities for personal growth and challenges in managing more complex, chronic conditions. She believes in building strong relationships through attentive listening and individualizing a plan of care to improve her patient's health and quality of life. This philosophy of care resonates with CenterWell's values. Ms. Ramirez chose a career in healthcare because she has always had a passion for helping others and serving her community. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gathering with her family, and going to the movies.
