Sabrina Ramirez, APRN

Sabrina Cecilia Ramirez, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Ramirez obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University College of Nursing and Healthcare Innovation in 2011, her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University in 2018, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Midwestern University in 2025. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Ramirez was a nurse practitioner with G&K Medical Associates in Avondale, AZ. She believes in building strong relationships through attentive listening and individualizing a plan of care to improve her patient's health and quality of life. This philosophy of care aligns with CenterWell's personalized, patient-centered approach to care. Ms. Ramirez chose a career in healthcare because she has always had a passion for helping others and serving her community.
