Ruth Elizabeth Ceballos Calderon, MD

Dr. Ruth Elizabeth Ceballos Calderón is a board-eligible internal medicine physician experience in diverse healthcare settings, including extensive work with geriatric populations. She earned her medical degree magna cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic and completed her internal medicine residency at Hospital Universitario Dr. Ramón Ruiz Arnau in Puerto Rico. Dr. Ceballos Calderón worked as Primary Care Physician at Cano Health in Tamarac, Florida, where she managed a large Medicare and Medicare Advantage patient panel. Her clinical background includes inpatient and outpatient care, critical care, and frontline service during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also worked in cardiology and community health roles in the Dominican Republic. Outside of medicine, Dr. Ceballos Calderón enjoys spending time with family, reading books, and traveling.
