Ronnie Bordador, APRN

Mr. Ronnie Malalay Bordador, MSN, AGACNP BC, is an adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with extensive experience supporting adults and seniors across acute, chronic, and home based care settings. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, after completing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at West Visayas State University. He has managed complex conditions in critical care, pulmonology, acute care, and value based home care environments, leading interdisciplinary teams, mentoring new clinicians, and improving patient safety and readmission outcomes. Earlier in his career, he served as a faculty instructor guiding senior nursing students, and he continued to mentor nurses and nurse practitioners throughout his clinical roles. His philosophy of care centers on listening deeply to patients and safeguarding their quality of life, especially seniors—an area he feels strongly connected to. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and listening to music.
