Rochelle Denise Hammett, MD

Dr. Rochelle Denise Hammett, MD, is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with experience in primary care, post-acute care, and veteran health services. She earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed her internship in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics as well as her residency in Internal Medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Hammett has served in diverse clinical settings, including the Veterans Administration, Rural Health Services, and community clinics, where she provided comprehensive care to underserved populations and homebound patients. She has held leadership roles such as lead physician in women's health and served on the Board of Trustees at Chesterfield General Hospital. Dr. Hammett is certified to perform DOT physicals and licensed in Ohio, South Carolina, and Georgia. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys acrylic painting and wildlife photography and is passionate about effective communication and patient advocacy.
