Rebecca Lynn Craven, APRN

Mrs. Rebecca Lynn Craven, MSN, APRN, A GNP C, is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner dedicated to delivering patient centered, whole person care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University, where she specialized in adult gerontology primary care, and has provided comprehensive care for adults and seniors in outpatient primary care settings. Mrs. Craven's professional experience includes managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, medication management, diagnostics, and patient education, with a strong emphasis on advocacy and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Her decision to enter healthcare was deeply influenced by her experience caring for her grandmother who lived with Alzheimer's disease, reinforcing her commitment to compassionate, relationship based care. She is especially passionate about addressing loneliness and social connection, supporting caregivers, and promoting nutrition to improve quality of life for older adults. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and playing with her dogs.
