Rasheda Jordan Williams, APRN

Rasheda J. Williams, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2011 after graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alcorn State University. Before joining our center in 2024, Ms. Williams served as a family nurse practitioner with Frontera Search for Optum Serve, providing medical opinions on diagnosed conditions related to military service. Her previous roles included FNP and manager of clinical quality at UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Mississippi. Earlier in her career, she cared for older adults and underserved populations at Gluckstadt and Yazoo Family Clinic, Primary Solutions Health Clinic, Select Specialty Hospital of Jackson, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi, focused on acute and chronic care management. Ms. Williams chose healthcare to make a difference in people's lives. Passionate about addressing diabetes, heart disease, and obesity, she embraces a culture of caring for individuals of all ages and circumstances. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, sporting events, and spending time with her family.
