I think that your front office people, I think you guys need to do something about your front office people. They're really not that friendly. And when you check in, like you sign in and they don't say anything else to you. You go and just find a place where you're supposed to sit. I'm glad I can read, you know, so I read where I'm supposed to go, but they don't really say anything to you, which is, I find, kind of rude. But otherwise, I mean, you know, some of the nurses in there, I think, could use a little self-check, but otherwise, we're fine. The doctor was phenomenal, though. He was really great. I really liked the doctor. And the ladies who came in and helped me with my heart monitor stuff, they were really nice, too.

As with all my Centerwell visits, this office was just great. From check-in to checkout, everyone was so kind and fun. I was in for my exam within 5 min of my appointment, and was given a thorough work up. 10 out of 10, for everything; every one. I do wish, however, this "customer satisfaction " wasn't such a big deal. I'm not a customer, I'm a patient! I want to be TOLD about treatment, not asked if I want it. If my arm were hanging by a thread, would you ASK me if I wanted stitches? Happy isn't as important to me, as healthy. I guess I just prefer a no nonsense approach to care. Thank you, though, for the great service.
