Pushpa Pavuluri, MD

Dr. Pushpa Pavuluri, MD, is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics with experience in clinical care, research, and leadership since 1998. She earned her medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India and completed her residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Geriatrics at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Dr. Pavuluri served nearly 20 years at the VA Medical Center, including roles as Staff Physician and Lead Physician, where she directed the Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) program and contributed to women's preventive health initiatives. She also held leadership positions at Horizon Healthcare and WellBe Senior Medical. Her research experience includes work at Stanford University's School of Medicine, and she has published in the Journal of General Internal Medicine and The Gerontologist. Outside of medicine, she enjoys doing volunteer work, enjoying the outdoors, and cooking.
